 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the **United States only

Standard Shipping
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Delivery: 5-7 business days after processing
Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on location and availability)

Expedited Shipping
2-Day Shipping: Available at checkout
Overnight Shipping: Available at checkout

Note: Expedited shipping times refer to transit time after processing, not total delivery time.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made after an order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package through the carrier's website using this number.

Delays

While we work hard to get your gear to you quickly, please note that we cannot control carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package shows as "delivered" by the carrier, 90 Feet Baseball is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend tracking your shipment and being available to receive it, or having packages delivered to a secure location.

If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:
1. Check with neighbors or household members
2. Look around your delivery location for safe placement
3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
4. Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early

 Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@90feetbaseball.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.
